Reading is a great way to understand how your dog learns. In my studies I’ve read many different books on how dogs learn. I can’t tell you how much it has helped me in understanding why dogs do what they do, how to get them to do what I want them to do and most importantly, what motivates them.
If you are interested in taking your relationship with your pup to a higher level then these books are ones that you will want to read.
They are easy to understand and fun. I have put them in what I believe to be the order of importance, but feel free to start with any of them.
